We started Tickin because every team we worked with had the same broken stack: a time tracker no one opens, a payroll spreadsheet only one person understands, and a Slack channel full of "I'm taking a half day" messages that go nowhere. There had to be something better.

Our principles are simple: be opinionated, integrate where work actually happens (Slack), and respect everyone's time — including the people who don't care about HR.

Tickin is built for distributed teams of 5 to 500, anywhere in the world. We support multiple currencies, time zones, and local payroll rules — but we're not bound to any one region. Wherever your team is, we want to make their workday lighter.
