Tickin Meet: video meetings built into your HR workspace
Tickin Meet adds video meetings to the workspace your team already uses for time, attendance and leave. Start an instant call or schedule one, let people in from a waiting room, share your screen, chat, and see afterwards who joined and for how long. It runs in the browser, so there is nothing to install. Meet is an add-on: a flat $20 per workspace per month on any paid plan, whatever your seat count.
Instant and scheduled meetings
An instant meeting opens a live room straight away: share the link and people join. A scheduled meeting has a title, an optional description, a start time and a length of 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes, and it appears in everyone's meeting list ahead of time. For either kind you can add teammates, set an optional password, and invite more people later, teammates by name or guests by email. Invitations and reminders arrive in the Tickin notification bell and, if the person has chat notifications on, as a direct message in Slack, or in Microsoft Teams on the Scale plan.
Private links, a waiting room and guests
Every meeting has its own link and a short join code. Signed-in teammates go straight to the lobby. With the waiting room on, people wait on a hold screen until the host admits or denies them, and a password adds a second check if you set one. People without a Tickin account can join by link as named guests, still subject to the password and the waiting room.
Host controls and host transfer
The host and any co-hosts can promote a co-host, remove a participant, turn off someone's camera or microphone, admit or deny people from the waiting room, change meeting settings, and end the meeting for everyone. If the host needs to leave, they can hand the host role to another participant instead of ending the call.
Screen sharing and meeting chat
Share your whole screen, a window or a browser tab from a desktop browser. Each meeting has its own live chat, and the chat is kept with the meeting so you can read it back later. Everyone can switch their own camera and microphone on and off at any time.
Meeting history and attendance
Every call is kept in your meeting history, whether it was instant or scheduled and whether it ended or was cancelled. Open a meeting to see its title, time, participants, chat and attendance: who joined and for how long. Hosts can export a meeting's attendance, and admins can review attendance for any meeting in the workspace.
Pricing: one flat add-on per workspace
Tickin Meet costs $20 per workspace per month, or $192 per year on annual billing, and the price does not change with your seat count. It is available on any paid plan (Starter, Growth or Scale) and is switched on from Billing. The Free plan cannot add Meet, so upgrade to a paid plan first. Once it is on, employees, team leads and admins can all create and host meetings.
