Subprocessors
Tickin uses the third-party providers below to deliver the service. Each processes only what it needs for its function. This list reflects the providers currently in use.
| Provider | Location | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services (AWS) | United States | Cloud hosting (EC2), database (RDS), and object storage (S3) for the application and customer data. |
| Vercel | United States | Hosting and delivery of the marketing and web front-end. |
| Polar | United States / EU | Subscription billing and payment processing. Handles billing identifiers and payment status; card data is handled by Polar's own processors, not stored by Tickin. |
| Slack Technologies (Salesforce) | United States | Slack integration — delivers attendance/leave messages and receives commands when a workspace connects Slack. |
| Microsoft (Azure Bot Framework) | United States | Microsoft Teams integration — same role as Slack for Teams-connected workspaces. |
| United States | Google sign-in (OAuth) for users who choose it. Receives the authenticating user's email and profile at sign-in. | |
| Google (Gmail SMTP) | United States | Default transactional email transport (invites, password resets, reports). Tenants may configure their own SMTP provider instead. |
We update this list when our subprocessors change. See our privacy policy and data retention policy. Questions: support@tickin.pro.
